Active IQ Unified Manager OVA を 9.9 にアップグレードすると、仮想マシンは応答しなくなります

環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM ) 9.7 以降
  • Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM ) 9.8 以降
  • Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM ) 9.9 以降
  • VMware OVA

問題

  • VMware OVA のアップグレード後、 VMware Tools が数分以内にクラッシュする。
  • 仮想マシン( VM )全体が応答しなくなります。
  • 再起動すると仮想マシンは起動しますが、一時的に起動するだけです。
