問題

OCUM と WFA のペアリングが失敗すると、証明書を取得した後に次のエラーが表示されます。

Failed to save settings for Workflow Automation.

Due to an internal error, cannot determine the unique ID Active IQ Unified Manager version 9.7 frm Workflow automation host <IP adress> . Contact techinal support for assistance.

でOCUM-error.logは、次のエラーが表示されます。
