SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Windows （ SCW ）

問題

プラグインホストを再起動すると、 SnapCenter GUI の Host Details に Services stopped と表示されます。
ホストの Windows システムイベントログにNETLOGONが起動しないと表示される。
Windows システムイベントログに Plug-in for Windows Service fails to start と表示される。
