SCV バックアップが「 Failed to resolve the storage associated with the VMware virtual disks 」というストレージ検出エラーで失敗する

環境

  • SnapCenter サーバ( SC )
  • SnapCenter Plug-In for VMware ( SCV )

問題

  • ストレージ解決に失敗したため、 SC が VMDK をバックアップできない 
  • SC UI の [ ジョブの詳細 ] ページに、次のエラーが表示されることがあります。

Activity 'Storage Discovery' failed with error: Failed to resolve the storage associated with the VMware virtual disks <VMDK_UUID>.
Activity 'Send EMS Messages' failed with error: Unable to find storage system for given resources. EMS message instead sent to the storage connection accessible by this user:<SVM_NAME>


  • vmcontrol.log から、 SnapCenter サーバが SCV に設定されていないことがわかります。ホストはすでに追加されています。
