Windows 2016 以降のローカルユーザを使用すると、 SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows が Access denied エラーで失敗します

環境

  • SnapCenter 4.x
  • SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows(SCW)4.x
  • Windows 2016以降
  • ユーザ アカウント制御(UAC)

問題

SnapCenter Plug-in for Windowsをリモートで導入しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます。

Connection failed. Error: Access denied for server: xx.xx.xx.xx or timeout expired.
Check if username, password and domain are correct and if user is a member of domain Administrators group.

または

Access to the path '\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\C$\Windows\SnapCenter plugin' is denied

アクセスはdenied.pngです。

ホストにアクセスできるようになると、WMIで次のエラーが発生する可能性があります。

Verbose SDW PID=[<PID>] TID=[<TID>] query: SELECT * FROM Win32_NetworkConnection
Verbose SDW PID=[<PID>] TID=[<TID>] scope: \\<HOSTNAME>\root\CIMV2
Error SDW PID=[<PID>] TID=[<TID>] Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))   at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo)
