  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere

問題

  • バックアップ VM で次のエラーが発生し、 SnapCenter に障害が発生した場合にリソースを検出します。

Unable to get storage details for datastore <DATASTORE> with managed object reference <DATASTORE>. Storage system(s) may need to be added, also ensure that the associated host is in a connected state.

  • 次のエラー・メッセージが SnapDriveSALDebug.log/SCW_<Job_ID>.log ファイルに記録されます。

Critical SAL PID=[XXXX] TID=[XXXX] The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Connection to <SVM> on port 443 for protocol HTTPS timed out.
