MCC のスイッチオーバーまたはスイッチバック後に、実行中のバックアップで SnapCenter プラグインホストが停止します
環境
- SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows （ SCW ）
- SnapCenter Creator プラグイン（ SCC ）
問題
一部の Windows ホストではバックアップを実行できず、ジョブ中に停止していました。SCC ログのエラーは次のとおりです。
com.netapp.snapcreator.common.exception.SMSClientException: Error accessing API Quiesce with TARGET_URL https://<HOST_FQDN>:8145/SnapDrivePlugin/. Response return code is : 404
Windows サービスの再起動後に SCC サービスを再起動しようとすると、エラーが発生しました：
Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
