smo または SMSAP で、 Windows 内のバックアップを削除できず、存在しないドライブレターを参照しています
環境
- Windows 環境の SnapManager for Oracle （ SMO ） 3.4.x
- Windows での SnapManager for SAP （ SMSAP ） 3.4.x の使用
問題
バックアップの保持を実行しているときに古いバックアップを削除することはできません。 SnapDrive でドライブレターマウントポイントパスにエラーが発生しました。たとえば、イベントログに次のように記録されます。
Failed to delete the Snapshot copy (smsap_<SID>_f_h_2_<UUID>_0) of the LUN (X:\ORACLE\<SID>\ORAARCH)
on storage system (<SVM>) volume (<FLEXVOL>).
Error code : The LUN may not be connected, because its mount point cannot be found.
SnapManager レポートのログ（ smo _OF_* 。 log / smsap_OF_* 。 log ）で、次の手順を実行します。
SD-00015: Error deleting snapshot(s): SD-10016: Error executing snapdrive command "snap delete :/vol/<ORAARCH_VOLUME>:smsap_<SID>_f_h_1_<UUID>_0": The LUN may not be connected, because its mount point cannot be found,
