解決策

このAutoSupport はRemote LAN Module(RLM)によって生成されたもので、RLMまたはストレージコントローラを備えた問題 の場合もあります。この問題 を解決するには、最初のトラブルシューティングで次の手順を実行する必要があります。以下 のアクションプランに基づいて原因 が決定されない場合は、ネットアップテクニカルサポートにお問い合わせください。 

次の手順を実行します。

  1. RLMまたはSP経由でアプライアンスに接続してみます。
  2. RLM / SP AutoSupport で、アプライアンスをブートできなかった理由を示すエラーを検索していることを確認します。
  3. 保守が進行中の場合は、前のセッションのログでCFEが失敗した理由を確認してください。
  4. Data ONTAP を手動でブートしてみてください。
  5. RLM / SPを搭載した問題 が存在するか、このEメールメッセージが原因 なしで生成 された場合は、RLM / SP CLIに接続(出力の記録)し、次のコマンドを実行して、ネットアップテクニカルサポートにお問い合わせください。
