  • WAFL では、さまざまなバックグラウンドスキャナを使用してファイルシステム操作を実行します
  • 一般的に、スナップショットの作成と削除は、最も一般的な2つのスキャナです。
  • これを実行するには:
    1. ::> node run -node node1
    2. node1> priv set advanced
    3. node1> wafl scan status
  • Scan ID(スキャンID)-スキャンに関連付けられたプロセスIDです。プロセスが完了しない場合や停止している場合、IDは変更されません。

wafl scan status :は、Data ONTAP 7-Modeシステムと新しいclustered Data ONTAP / ONTAPシステムの両方に対するadvanced権限を必要とするコマンドです。使用するのはネットアップの担当者だけにすることを推奨します。

スキャンのタイプ: 

  • アクティブなビットマップ再配置: WAFL データ構造で最適化を実行するスキャナ。ONTAP 9以降では必要ありません。
  • コンテナブロックの再生: 最近解放されたWAFL ブロックをボリューム単位でクリーンアップするスキャン。このスキャナで実行される作業は、ボリュームの空き領域の計算に役立ちます。この処理は通常、Snapshotを削除するときに実行されます。
  • inodeから親へ: Data ONTAP 7-ModeのFPolicyで使用できる相対パス名へのinode番号のマッピング詳細については、 「ボリュームでI2Pを有効または無効にする方法」を参照してください
  • deswizzling :Data ONTAP 7-ModeおよびONTAP 9 DP形式のSnapMirrorデスティネーションボリュームでは、転送に物理ディスクブロックの場所が含まれないため、このスキャンはアグリゲート(物理)ブロックの場所をボリュームブロックの場所にマッピングします。詳細については、デズウィッツリングに関する記事を参照してください。
  • snap create summary update: ボリュームSnapshotを作成した場合に、スキャンして内部メタデータを更新します。
  • Blocks Used summary: ボリュームSnapshotを作成した場合のSnapshotスペース使用量の内部メタデータを更新するスキャン。
  • WAFL レイアウトの測定再割り当てプロセスの一部。
  • 冷却: ブロックを階層化するためのクールなブロックとしてマークするFabricPoolのテクノロジの一部
  • 階層化: FabricPoolのテクノロジの一部で、ウォームデータをコールドストレージに階層化します
  • Inactive Data Reporting: コールドデータのブロックのレポートを作成するために使用されるスキャンは、ボリュームごとのデータアクセスパターンを把握するために構築されます
