ONTAP CIFS サーバは Windows Active Directory LDAP サービスに接続できません。

ログに表示されるエラー：

Unable to connect to LDAP (Active Directory) service on **** (Error: Strong(er) authentication required)

secd.ldap.noServers: None of the LDAP servers configured for Vserver (*******) are currently accessible via the network for LDAP service type (Service: LDAP (Active Directory), Operation: MapNetbiosDomainToADDomain)
