問題

一方のノードの両方のパスにディスクがありますが、もう一方のパスにはありません。
両方のノードのアダプタのディスクにハードリセットします。EMS エラーの例：

ディスクを再配置して交換しても問題は解決しませんでした
IOM を再装着して交換しても問題は解決しなかった。
