環境

  • ONTAP 9
  • Network Data Management Protocol(NDMP;ネットワークデータ管理プロトコル)

問題

  • Tape/NDMP バックアップ実行時のONTAPノード利用率が高くなります。
  • このワークロードによってCPUやディスクの利用率が高くなり、CPUやディスクが飽和状態になる可能性があります。
  • これは、リソースが不足するため、他のユーザワークロードに悪影響を及ぼす可能性があります。
  • これにより、バックアップも遅くなる可能性があります。
  • アクティブテープ/ NDMPバックアップジョブが実行されているアグリゲートでディスクのレイテンシ/利用率が高く、 完了までに時間がかかりすぎることがあります。
  • ディスク/ CPU利用率の上位には、 テープバックアップが表示されます。
  • 問題は、特定のアグリゲート内のすべてのボリュームを含む
