Brocadeスイッチのファームウェアのアップグレード/ダウングレード

手順

この手順は、ファブリック接続MetroClusterには適用されません。

注:

  • この手順を 使用するには、WindowsまたはUNIXワークステーション上でFTPサービスを実行する必要があります。Microsoft IISはBrocadeによってテストされ、サポートされています。
  • 古いバージョンのFabric OSでは、段階的なアップグレードが必要になる場合があります。『Brocade Fabric OS Target Path Selection Guide』を参照してください。  

例:

V7.4.x—> v8.0.x—> v8.1.x

  1. NetAppからBrocadeファブリックOSを入手する方法
  2. configupload コマンドを使用して設定をバックアップし、 supportsaveを収集します。
  3. SANnavまたはCLIを使用して、次のいずれかの方法でスイッチをアップグレードします。
    1. SANnavの使用、 SANnavを使用したBrocadeスイッチのアップグレード」を参照
    2. CLI / SSHを使用して、 次の手順を実行します。
      1. ワークステーションからBrocadeスイッチにpingを送信できることを確認します。
      2. 展開されたファームウェアディレクトリ構造をftproot
      3. firmwaredownload Brocadeスイッチでコマンドを実行します。ファームウェアの更新は、CLIまたはWebインターフェイスから実行できます。
      4. ワークステーションのIPアドレスを指定します。
      5. 匿名または有効なFTPユーザとしてログインします。
      6. ftproot とタイプを基準としたファームウェアディレクトリへのパスを指定します release.plist

例:

v8.4.0の場合、パスは次のようになります。  fw/v8.4.0/release.plist

注: この release.plist ファイルはファームウェアディレクトリ(/fw/v8.4.0)のルートには表示されませんが、ファームウェアは release.plist スイッチタイプに基づいて子ディレクトリ内の適切なファイルを使用します。

 

  1. スイッチはセカンダリファームウェアを更新し、リブートしてプライマリを更新し、最後にリブートします。
  2. 完了したら、 version と入力して確認します。 firmwareshow.

追加情報

  • Directorスイッチの場合、アップグレード前にHA同期が状態であることを確認する必要があります。
  • HAステータスを確認するには、以下のコマンドを実行します。
    • hashow
    • slotshow -m
    • chassisshow
    • haredundancy –show
  • アップグレードの実行中にTruFOS証明書をバイパスできるかどうかを確認するには、以下のBroadcomリンクを参照してください。
