マルチパスデバイスがフラッシュされていないため、OCPクラスタ内のボリュームをステージ解除できません

環境

• Trident
• OpenShift

問題

スタックしたVolumeAttachmentsとTrident Vol Publications (TVP)が原因でボリュームをアンステージできず、NodeUnstageVolume操作が次のエラーでループ状態になります：

Failed to flush multipath device”, “map in use”, dm Open:1

Kubelet ログ：
