問題

systemctl」コマンドを使用してCloud Insight Acquisition Serviceを停止て開始できませんでした

  • RHEL 8 x
  • バックエンドからプッシュされた自動アップグレード後、Cloud Insights acquisition.serviceが起動しません。
  • 「acquisition.server」サービスのステータスを確認しています
    • systemctl status acquisition.serviceMay 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[241763]: acquisition.service: Changing to the requested working directory failed: Permission denied
      May 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[241763]: acquisition.service: Failed at step CHDIR spawning /opt/netapp/cloudinsights/acq/scripts/acquisition.server: Permission denied
      May 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[1]: acquisition.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=200/CHDIR
      May 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[1]: acquisition.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
      May 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[1]: acquisition.service: Service RestartSec=100ms expired, scheduling retart.
      May 23 13:14:07 localhost systemd[1]: acquisition.service: Scheduled restart job, restart counter is at 4.
