問題

  • NetApp コンソールで検出された CVO が断続的に障害状態のままになります。
  • コンソールキャンバス内のすべての CVO 作業環境が、以下のエラーで失敗したと報告されます:
    akka.pattern.AskTimeoutException: Recipient[Actor[akka://oncloud/user/ConfigurationActor#1412321233]] had already been terminated. Sender[null] sent the message of type "com.netapp.oncloud.common.configuration.ConfigActor$GetValue"
  • NetApp コンソールエージェントの再起動または service-manager の再起動では、再起動後しばらくすると作業環境が再び失敗としてマークされるため、問題は永続的に解決されません
