コネクタコンテナがPodmanで実行されず、接続エラーが発生する

環境

NetApp BlueXP ConnectorLinux Podman runtimeEnvironmentsを使用するコネクタホスト（プロキシ設定とTLS検査、CA証明書が必要）

問題

  • podman psを実行しても実行中のコンテナは表示されません
  • podman ps -aを実行すると停止したコンテナが存在します
  • BlueXP コネクタサービス（netapp-service-manager.service）は次のようなエラーを報告します：
    • connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8777
    • connect ETIMEDOUT <external IP>:443
    • self signed certificate in certificate chain
    • No container found for podman runtime
    外部IP（ポート443）へのネットワーク接続がSYN_SENT状態のまま
  • BlueXPコンソール（https://<IP>）へのアクセスによりERR_CONNECTION_REFUSEDが発生する
  • cloudmanager.cloud.netapp.comへのトラフィックがプロキシ経由で一貫してルーティングされないプロキシ設定環境
