問題

EC2インスタンスは作成されません。
BlueXP Connectorの導入にエラーが発生しました。

Connector failed to deploy The connector resources finished to create but the connector did not respond. This could be because the instance failed to start, or has no internet connectivity.

エラーメッセージには次のメッセージが含まれています。

Resource handler returned message: "You are not authorized to perform this operation. User: arn:aws:iam.:xxx:user/yyy is not authorized to perform: ec2:CreateLaunchTemplate on resource: arn:aws:ec2:zzz:launch-template/* because no identity-based policy allows the ec2:CreateLaunchTemplate.
