  • Microsoft Azure

問題

  • NetApp コンソールページからエージェントログをローカルにダウンロードしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます：
    Failed to download support report, Network Error
  • また、Cloud ManagerはCloud Volumes ONTAPと通信できません。ライセンス警告メッセージ（BYOL）がNetApp コンソールに表示される場合もあります。Netapp CM Issue_1.png
