BlueXP 階層化ダッシュボードをロードできません：「問題が発生しました」

- RHEL / CentOS 7.x
問題
- BlueXP Mobility > Tieringページにアクセスすると、次のエラーが返されます。
"Something went wrong. There's a problem with your Connector, but your stored data is not affected. Open a case with NetApp support to fix the issue."
- コネクタVMの再起動で問題が修復されない
