バックアップとリカバリ：「容量層での I/O の実行に失敗しました。操作を再試行してください」

環境

• BlueXP（旧Cloud Manager）
• バックアップとリカバリ（旧称Cloud Backup Service）

問題

Cloud Backupの手動バックアップは機能していますが、スケジュールポリシーが設定されているにもかかわらず、ボリュームが自動的にクラウドにバックアップされません。自動バックアップがエラーで失敗しました：

Failure to perform I/O with the capacity tier. Retry the operation

Some of the volumes backup may have failed. Backup for Volume with id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, entry doesn't exist
