CVO の DNS 解決の問題により NTP 設定が失敗する

問題

  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP システムで NTP を設定しようとすると、クラスタが NTP サーバーのホスト名（metadata.google.internal）を解決できないため、操作が失敗します。
  • ホスト名への ping は失敗しますが、対応する IP アドレス（例：10.10.10.10）への ping は成功します。
  • 影響を受けるクラスタの DNS 設定には必要な DNS サーバーエントリがありませんが、正しい設定を持つ他のクラスタでは問題は発生しません。
例：
cluster::> network ping -node node1 -destination metadata.google.internal
no answer from metadata.google.internal
cluster::> network ping -node node1 -destination 10.10.10.10
10.10.10.10 is alive
