データ分類のインストールがDockerイメージのプルエラーで失敗します

NetApp Data Classification（DataSense）

Data Classification（DataSense）のインストールが、コンテナエンジンのセットアップ手順中に失敗します。インストールログに以下のエラーが表示されます：
- ERROR:root:cmd stderr: error pulling image configuration: download failed after attempts=6: EOF
- WARNING:docker_proxy:Could not pull `hello-world` image
- error pulling image configuration: download failed after attempts=6: EOF

その他の症状としては、以下のようなものがあります：
- 「Verifying connectivity to the NetApp Console and to the Internet」ステップでデプロイメントがタイムアウトします。
- Docker はプロキシを使用するように設定されています。
- DNS 解決または Docker Hub エンドポイントへの接続に失敗します。
- 手動で実行する docker pull コマンドも失敗するか、ハングします。
