AIQUM 9.16以降では、ファイルアクセスポリシーとファイアウォールデーモンが原因で、RHEL 9.xへの新規インストール時に複数の問題が発生します

環境

  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager(AIQUM)9.16+
  • RedHat Linux(RHEL)9.x
  • ファイルアクセスポリシーデーモン(fapolicyd)
  • ファイアウォールデーモン(firewalld)

問題

  • RHEL 9.x への AIQUM の新規インストールは、pre_install スクリプトに問題が見られないにもかかわらず失敗しました
  • 画面上のエラー(/var/log/dnf.logにも記録)

  • --nogpgcheckで試行すると、インストールを続行できます: yum localinstall netapp-um-9.18-el9.x86_64.rpm --nogpgcheck
  • しかし、インストール後、ocieサービスが起動しませんでした:
  • /var/log/ocie/server.log
