メンテナンスアカウントのロックアウトにより、AIQUMがSplunkへのアラート転送に失敗する
環境
- Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 9.X+
- 外部スクリプトを実行するように構成されたAIQUM
- すべてのOSプラットフォーム
問題
- AIQUM は断続的に Splunk サーバーへのアラート転送に失敗し、重要な通知が見逃される結果となっています。
- AIQUM はイベントをキャプチャしますが、期待どおりに転送しません。
- AIQUM インスタンスを再起動すると一時的に問題は解決しますが、数日間の運用後に再発します。
- AIQUM でイベントがアクティブとして表示されているにもかかわらず、Splunk はアラートを受信しません。
- メンテナンスアカウントがロックされます。
ログに表示される可能性のあるメッセージ：
