AIQUM WebUIがエラー404で失敗し、Windowsの再起動後にサービスが起動しない

• Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.16P2
• Windows Server（2016/2019/2022）

• Windows サーバーを再起動すると、AIQUM の Web インターフェースが読み込まれなくなります。ユーザーはブラウザでHTTP 404 error or “page not available”が表示されます。
• さらに、NetApp Acquisition Service （OCIEAU）が起動せず、アップグレードを試みると、イベントログとインストールログに以下のエラーが記録されます。

Windows イベントログ：

The NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service service terminated with the following service-specific error: Incorrect function.

AIQUM インストール/MySQL ログ：
