いいえ、ONTAPのアップグレード後、Active IQ Unified Managerで特別な操作  は必要ありません。

注: ONTAPアップグレードによって発生するノードバージョン不一致アラートなどの通知は、遅れて検出される場合がありますが、時間の経過とともに自然に解決します。
