環境

Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.14以降
ONTAP 9.14.1以降
クラスタがONTAP 9.13.1以前を実行している間に、最初にAIQUM 9.14以降に追加されたクラスタ

問題

AIQUM を再起動すると、クラスタの EMS ログにエラーが表示されます：

[Cluster-01: mgwd: mhost.ca.connect.failure:error]: Cluster agent connection of the client: UnifiedManager_<AIQUM_UUID> is not healthy. Attempting to reconnect. Error: AMQP transport failed for connection "UnifiedManager_<AIQUM_UUID>". Reason: Error during websocket handshake: DNS NXDOMAIN.
