  • Data Infrastructure Insights（DII）
  • SAMLアイデンティティプロバイダ（IdP）

問題

新規ユーザに「Unauthorized：Authentication failed when trying to BlueXP  or DII」というエラーメッセージが表示される
 
  • フェデレーションアカウントにログインしようとするとBlueXP  エラーが発生する
    • unauthorized: Authentication failed
 
  • フェデレーションアカウントにログインしようとするとDIIエラーが発生する
  • unauthorized: Authentication failed
