SRA discoverDevices の失敗により VMware SRM での NetApp アレイ検出とレプリケーションが妨げられる

環境

• NetApp ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）9.x
• VMware Site Recovery Manager（SRM）
• NetApp Storage Replication Adapter（SRA）9.x

問題

VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) で discoverDevices 操作を実行すると、アレイペアに対して次のエラーが表示されます：

SRA command 'discoverDevices' failed. Address of the storage array is not reachable.
Storage array might be down or IP address entered might be incorrect.
Ensure that the storage array is up and running and the IP address of the storage array is reachable through the command line interface.

その他の症状：

• 既に検出されたデバイス（SnapMirror関係）は、SRMでデータストアが unknown として表示される場合があります。
• 検出されたデバイスに関連付けられたデータストアが、OTVのデータストアレポートに表示されません。
• SRMストレージレプリケーションアダプタのページにSRAが表示されません。
• OTV内のストレージシステムは、ONTAPでクラスタ証明書が更新されているにもかかわらず、不明なステータスで表示されます。
