  • NetApp ONTAP tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）10.5P2

問題

  • ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）をバージョン10.4から10.5P2にアップグレードすると、Performing ONTAP Tools Services Upgrade 画面で40%のところで停止します。
  • バックアップからの復元を試みると、再起動時に66%で停止します。
  • ansible-perl-errors.logで以下のエラーが確認されます：

changing JobManager back to Production and Changing Replicaset count of Gateway has failed with error code 07084.

  • vpupgrader-upgrade-*.logから：

Jobmanagermode change to Production failed.
The ntv-vault service enters a CrashLoopBackOff state.
