問題

アップグレードの準備として ONTAP Tools for vSphere（OTV）アプライアンスを再起動した後、アプライアンスが正常に起動しなくなります。
OTV Web コンソールに 05061 error が表示される場合があります。
kn get pods または同様の Kubernetes コマンドを使用してポッドのステータスを確認しようとすると、次のエラーが繰り返し発生します：

E062621:38:57.8700662339246 memcache.go:238] couldn't get current server API group list: the server has asked for the client to provide credentials
error: You must be logged in to the server (the server has asked for the client to provide credentials)

アプライアンスのWeb UIは利用できる場合でも、CLIのポッド管理コマンドが認証エラーで失敗する可能性があります。
