ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）10.5P2以降

問題

OTV 10.5P2 では、ストレージバックエンドまたはそれに関連付けられた vCenter エントリを削除しようとすると、プロバイダーが vCenter から手動で削除された後でも、OTV データベースが古い VASA Provider 登録状態を保持しているために失敗する場合があります。
- 検出されたエラーメッセージ：

Error occurred while removing storage backend: Unable to remove storage backend, Error occurred while removing storage backend: Failed to remove StorageBackend: https://<otv-service-url>/api/v1/storage/storage-backends. Error: The specified cluster is unreachable. 404 Not Found. The requested URL was not found on this server.

ONTAP Tools Manager のUIでは、VASA Providerを無効にするオプションがグレー表示される場合もあります。
バックエンドボリュームは存在しない場合がありますが、vCenterエントリを削除することはできません。
