SCV 6.2 の導入後、MYSQL パスワードが見つからないため、SCV サービスを開始できません

環境

• SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere（SCV）6.1.x以降
• 新規インストール

問題

• SCV 6.1.x以降を導入すると、SCV管理ユーザーインターフェースに以下が表示されます：

vCenter Plugin connection has failed. VADP Server error occurred

SnapCenter Plug-in connection has failed. Failed to VMware plugin status: Connection refused (Connection refused).
Please make sure the plugin is up and running. Failed to get protection services status from configuration service:
