SnapManager for Hyper-V では、複数の仮想マシンのバックアップは表示されません

SnapManager for Hyper-V(SMHV)

問題

  • SMHV UIの[Recovery Management]ページで、  [Resource]セクションで仮想マシンを選択すると、 バックアップは正常に終了したと報告されていても[Backups]リストが空になり、次のエントリが表示されます。

The selected dataset or virtual machine has no backups

  • のエラー SnapMgrServiceHostDbg.log には、破損しているSnapInfoフォルダが表示されます:
