StorageGRIDがアプライアンスFibre Channel HBAポート障害を報告する

環境

• NetApp StorageGRID
• アプライアンスモデル：SG6060およびSGF6024
• StorageGRIDソフトウェア11.4.0.3以降

問題

• StorageGRID Grid Managerから次のアラートが1つ以上報告されます：
  • Appliance Fibre Channel HBA port Failure
  • Storage connectivity degraded
  • A Fibre Channel HBA port is failing or has failed
  • Appliance storage controller hardware issue (<site> / <nodename>) SANtricity software is reporting "Needs attention" for a component in a StorageGRID appliance.
• SG6000コンピューティングノード上の1つ以上のHBAポートにおいて、送信バイアス電流が9.25以上であること。
• 以下の Prometheus クエリ（サポート > メトリクス）を実行すると、影響を受けるポートを特定できます： 

(storagegrid_private_appliance_fc_hba_statistics{statistic="TxBiasCurrentMa"}) >= 9.25
