環境

  • NetApp StorageGRIDアプライアンスSG6160 およびSG5860
  • SANtricity OS 11.80.1 / 11.80.1R1

問題

  • 新たに追加されたSG6160またはSG5860アプライアンスは、 設置時に温度センサーが不明であることを報告します。
  • StorageGRID UIから、影響を受けるノードについて次のアラートが報告されます。
    •  Appliance storage shelves degraded
    • Appliance storage controller hardware issue
  • StorageGRID UIで Grid ManagerからSANtricity OSバージョン11.80.1R2以降を適用しようとすると、次のアラートが報告されます。
    • [Maintenance]>[Software Update]： 
      • "An error occurred during the most recent SANtricity OS upgrade. You must retry the SANtricity OS upgrade before you can apply a hotfix or upgrade to a new StorageGRID release. If you cannot upgrade SANtricity OS, contact technical support."
    • メンテナンス>ソフトウェアの更新> SANtricity OS： 
      • "SANtricity OS deployment completed with errors: Failed to apply the update to one of more nodes"
