StorageGRID外部syslogサーバ転送エラーの接続がタイムアウトしました

• StorageGRIDグリッドマネージャから次のアラートが報告されます。
  • 名前：External syslog server forwarding error
  • 説明： Node cannot forward logs to the external syslog server
• tail /var/local/log/miscd.log コマンド により、接続がタイムアウトしたことが表示されます。
