グリッド設定の生成手順で StorageGRID の運用停止を再開できません

問題
運用停止処理を再開するとき、または StorageGRID のソフトウェアを更新するときに、次のエラーが発生します。
500: Internal Server ErrorThis procedure cannot be started or configured while an existing decommission procedure is in progress.1 additional copy of this message is not shown- プライマリ管理ノードにとして接続しようとすると
root、次のエラーが表示されます。
