StorageGRID ノードのリカバリ中に、RSMが起動せず、「tocommit（12）is out of range」エラーが発生します

CRITICAL: Failed to remove self from cluster during recovery

• servermanager.logには次の情報が表示

RSM is not ready because there is no cluster or the cluster has no leader

• raft.logに tocommit(12) is out of range エラーが表示されます。
