  • NetApp Eシリーズ
  • Netapp StorageGRID

問題

  • ASUPの設定が正しく、NetApp ASUPサイトにアクセス可能な場合でも、Eシリーズ システムがASUPの送信を停止しました
  • SANtricity経由でサポートデータを収集しようとしたときにエラーが発生しました:

Unable to collect support data due to reservation request failure. Please wait a few minutes before retrying the operation. (WebServer422)

  • 片方または両方のコントローラー上のWebserverのトレースに、データベース検証に関する警告が表示されます:
