環境
- SANtricity OS 11.70.x
- 256TiB以上のボリュームがあるディスクプール、構成の変更履歴（ボリュームの作成、拡張）
問題
- コントローラがエラーコードと
OE LtOE LF7セグメントディスプレイでロックダウン状態になっています - SANtricity システムマネージャから報告される情報は次のとおりです。
Alternate Controller Database ErrorLockdown code: 0ELtThe storage array has detected an error with the alternate controller's database and has locked down to preserve the data on the storage array. Contact your Technical Support Engineer for assistance correcting this problem.- シリアルコンソールでは、業務開始時に次のようなメッセージが表示されます。
(tRAID): ERROR: CrushStripe DeSerialization - Same stripe registered multiple times! Volume 0 SegmentID 0 StripeIndex 100586
