問題

StorageGRID GUI からの SANtricity コントローラファームウェアのアップグレードが失敗して、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

Error. Fatal installation failure - SANtricity OS staging failed with: Failed. Removal of previously staged SANtricity OS failed with return code RETCODE_DOWNLOAD_IN_PROGRESS. Contact technical support.
