問題

1つ以上のSolidFire/ElementOSクラスタがActive IQに次のような永続的なアラートを表示しました：

SFCNRW: SolidFire Alert from <clustername>-cluster(ClusterNotReporting) Cluster has not reported to ActiveIQ in over 30 minutes

すべてのクラスタが正常で、NetAppサポートエンドポイントと通信できます。
SolidFire管理ノード（mNode）の接続とファイアウォールのチェックに合格しました。
コレクタサービスの再起動と接続テストの成功後も、Active IQでアラートが継続されました。
