ブレードがDOAであるため、スロット8のコアブレードに問題がある

  • Brocade X7-8スイッチ

問題

  •  スイッチの取り付け中に、スロット8のブレードが オンラインにならない。
  • スロット8のコアブレードは起動に失敗し、障害が発生しています。
  • HAは同期中で、スイッチはオンライン状態です。

  • スイッチを再起動し、スロット8のブレードを物理的に取り付け直した が、問題が持続する。

  • 問題をさらに分離するには、以下の手順を実装する必要があります。
    • スロット8でブレードを物理的に取り付け直し  、 スイッチを再起動します。
    • それでも問題が解消されない場合は、ブレードが シャーシに正しく装着されていることを確認する必要があります。これを確認する唯一の方法は、金属エッジのルーラーなどを使用して、シャーシの前面に平らなデバイスを配置することです。
    • いずれかのブレードがシャーシの表面を完全に「平ら」になっていない、または平らになっていない場合は、ブレードが正しく装着されていないという問題が発生します。
    • オンサイト/フィールドエンジニアは、シャーシ前面の上部、中央、下部をチェックして、ブレードが完全に「平ら」であることを確認する必要があります。ルーラーがすべてのブレードを横切って平らでない証拠を示している場合は、ブレードが正しく装着されていないことに問題があります。
    • この場合、シャーシの電源をオフにし、ブレードを慎重に取り外して取り付け直し、前面を完全に平らにする必要があります。
