有効なSNMPv3ユーザである必要があるためにスイッチヘルスモニタをSNMPv3に変更すると失敗する

モニタするCSHMプロセスをSNMPv3に変換しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されてコマンドが失敗します。

Cluster1::> system switch ethernet modify -device Switch1 -snmp-version SNMPv3 -community-or-username USER

Error: "USER" must be a valid SNMPv3 user belonging to remote switch with IP address "xx.xx.xx.xx" and must also be configured in ONTAP.
