EMS ログで「 spm.ntpd.process.exit" 」と「 callhome.spm.process.maxexit" 」が報告されます
環境
- ONTAP 9.8
- Network Time Protocol Daemon （ NTPD ；ネットワークタイムプロトコルデーモン）
問題
- ONTAP では、「 spm.ntpd.process.exit" 」イベントと「 callhome.spm.process.maxexit" 」イベントが EMS に報告されます。
- これらのエラーは、ノードとそのフェイルオーバーパートナーノードをクラスタから削除したあとに発生します。

Wed Jul 28 15:13:46 +0900 [nocd04: spmd: callhome.spm.process.maxexit:error]: Call home for MAXIMUM EXITS THRESHOLD OF A PROCESS MANAGED BY SPM IS REACHEDSpmd.log「」は、 ntpd が再起動の繰り返しのため、低速再起動モードになっていることを示しています。
