ONTAP 9.13.1P16から9.16.1P4にアップグレードした後
Service Processor（SP）5.9以降

問題

ONTAP 9.13.1P16から9.16.1P4にアップグレードしたあと、一方のノードのService Processor（SP）ファームウェアが新しいONTAPイメージ5.11P3にバンドルされているバージョンに更新されません。
system service-processor image update-progress showは、影響を受けるノードの進捗が0%であることを示します。

EMS ログには、次のエラーが表示されます。

[node-01:rlm_hbtrcv_non_blocking:spmgmt.driver.timeout:error]: The software driver for the Service Processor (SP) detected a problem: Unable to update SP network information at this time.

[node-01:servprocd:sp.firmware.incompatible:alert]: The SP firmware version 5.11 is not compatible with this version of Data ONTAP.

sysconfig -aSPファームウェアを5.11P3に更新するのではなく、5.11のままであることを確認します。
パートナーノードでSPファームウェアが正常に更新されました。
SPバージョンが5.9以降のため、バグCFBMC-762はこのバージョンで既に修正されています。
