アップグレード検証ツールにより、複数のWWPNに単一のノードからしかアクセスできないことが検出されました：
SAN initiator     Warning      Warning: The following SAN initiators
connectivity              are only partially connected and are
                    likely to experience an outage during
                    upgrade. This includes
                    20:00:00:25:XX:XX:XX:XX
                    and 45
                    others.
                    Action: Ensure the listed initiators
                    log in to all required nodes. System
                    Manager displays warnings for
                    partially connected initiators on the
                    'HOSTS: SAN initiator groups' page.
